KU Library Achieves ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certifications,

     Kasetsart University Library has successfully passed external audits and obtained international certifications for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS). These achievements reflect the strong commitment to enhancing management efficiency, transparency, and environmentally responsible operations in accordance with internationally recognized standards.

     The certifications were possible through the collective efforts of the KU Library’s administrators and staff in continuously improving work processes, resource management, and environmental practices. These systematic approaches contribute to higher service quality, increased user satisfaction, and greater value for stakeholders.

     This milestone marks another significant step forward in KU Library’s journey toward becoming a high-quality learning organization that meets international standards while embracing social and environmental responsibility.
