Off Campus

  These are some suggestions to help you in looking for off-campus accommodation. Near the Bangkhen Campus, there are areas in which there are various types of accommodations.
In the area of the Phaholyothin-Nawamin-Ngamwongwan Intersection near the fresh market, Internet café and cinema, there are some apartments.
Off Ngamwongwan Road opposite Gates 1 and 2 there are a number of places offering accommodations. Some of these are situated down sois.
  How to find a place to stay  
    Notice Boards You can fnd notices of rooms for rent on bulletin boards at the International Studies Center, cafeterias and other places.
Word of Mouth Ask other students if they know of any vacancies. There are often many rooms or apartments in a building, and someoneliving there would be among the frst to be aware of a vacancy.
  Laundry Facilities  
    Places offering accommodation often have self-service laundries. Most laundry machines accept 10 baht coins only.  
  Average Rents  
    All the fgures given are approximate. Rents can vary greatly depending on location.
Shared accommodation averages 49 USD/month/person.
One-bedroom apartments with fan (suitable for a single occupant or a couple) average about 71 USD.
One-bedroom apartments with air-conditioning (suitable for a single occupant or a couple) are in the range of from about 100 to 129 USD.
