KU participated in Education Fairs in Vietnam

          From 24-27 October 2024, Mrs. Hathaitus Semchuchot, Acting Director of the International Affairs Division, along with International Affairs Division staff members Mrs. Montana Boonpooh Wudjindakul, Professional Level Foreign Relations Officer; Mrs. Achiraya Nunes Galante, Professional Level Foreign Relations Officer; and Miss Methawee Sarnkong, Operational Level Foreign Relations Officer, participated in the education fair under the Thailand Pavilion, organized by BMI – Times Higher Education. This event occurred at the Hanoi Education Fair at the Pullman Hanoi Hotel, Vietnam, on October 24, 2024, and at the Ho Chi Minh Education Fair at the Riverside Palace Hotel, Vietnam, from October 26-27, 2024.

          BMI – Times Higher Education is a company that organizes educational events and exhibitions worldwide, with coordination provided by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI). Participating in this education exhibition aimed to promote information on international programs taught in English and online admission for international students. This effort supports the increase of international students coming to study, conduct research, and participate in exchange programs at Kasetsart University.

          This education fair in Vietnam featured over 44 higher education institutions from 20 countries worldwide, including Thailand, Belgium, Canada, Germany, China, New Zealand, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States. 6 universities from Thailand participated: Kasetsart University, Dusit Thani College, Krirk University, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Khon Kaen University, and Siam Technology College. Attendees included high school students seeking opportunities to study abroad, undergraduate and graduate students, and parents gathering information for their children.
