Registration Fee
US$ 50 per participant. This fee covers the shuttle bus service upon arrival and return transfer Bangkok International Airport - Kamphaengsan Campus, attendance at the Symposium, Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Farewell Party, and Complementary Excursion and Study Tours.
Registration and Reservations Form
All participants are requested to complete the registration form and send it together with their payment of US$ 50 per participant.
Reservations including accommodation, meeting rooms and facilities must be booked in the registration and booking forms providing that all conference services would be facilitated. Participants are kindly requested to make pre-registration by 15 August 1999.
Payment
Early payment for registration fee and on campus accommodation could be made by bank transfer payable to "Thai Women Watch" current A/C No. 043-3-03659-9, the Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, New Petchburi Road Branch, Bangkok, Thailand
On site payments made at registration desks are only exceptable if payments are made by cash. Participants wishing to make payments with credit cards or traveler's cheque can do so through the bank situated at the Bazaar and Exhibition Center.
Checking in at NAETC
Participants should check in at the NAETC from 30 August to 31 August 1999 from 08.30 hrs. The identification badges, final programme and other useful information will be provided at the registration desk.
Official Carrier
THAI Airways International (THAI) has been appointed the Official Carrier for the Symposium. THAI's routenet serves more than 70 destinations in 4 continents, offering a comprehensive network of flights linking Bangkok with most major cities throughout the world. As the official carrier, THAI offers participants and accompanying persons special airfares. Please contact your local THAI office and refer to the symposium to benefit this special offer.
Visas
All foreign participants should carry a valid passport and should verify visa requirements at the Royal Thai Consulate iin their respective countries excluding the ASEAN nations
Accommodation in Kamphaengsan
All accommodation reservations will be made by NAETC after receipt of the Registration and Accommodation Reservation Form. To make sure they are reserved in the accommodation of their choice, participants are requested to register as soon as possible. NAETC will handle requests for reservations on a 'first come first served" basis.
Language
English is the official language.
Medical Assistance
Kamphaengsan Municipal Hospital and Campus Medical Center will provide health care facilities and in house nurses and doctor for urgent cases .
Practical Services
A post office, telephones, bank, secretariat, press and internet centers (with service change) and cafeterias will be available in the Symposium Hall.
